Chin and Cheek Implants for Men: The Procedure
The actual surgery requires very little time to complete. Most of the time needed with chin or cheek implants takes place prior to surgery – when measuring the facial structure to select the implant size, shape, and projection that will best enhance your other facial features.
The procedure itself is performed in only about 40 minutes, and you will be comfortable with local anesthetic, usually in combination with IV sedation. Recovery requires about one week to ten days, after which you are free to resume your normal activities and enjoy the positive change in your facial structure.
